Itinerary

Day 1 – ARRIVAL TEHRAN

Your trip will start by your arrival in Tehran and transfer to the hotel to do the check-in. The first plan is to visit some of the most important highlights of Tehran. Let’s say Golestan Palace which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Grand Bazaar, and National Museum of Iran Bastan. For lunch, you will have your fist Iranian food called Dizi or Abgoosht. You will also understand how it’s cooked, prepared and served.

Day 02, Tabriz

Early morning, after breakfast, you will check-out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for a flight to Tabriz. Today, your tour continues by visiting some of the highlights of Tabriz. You will see Kaboud Mosque, Blue Mosque, Azerbaijan Museum, Qajar House (Amir Nezam House), Constitutional House of Tabriz, and with no doubt traditional Bazaar (Timcheh-e Mozaffariye). Here you will taste the delicious Koofteh Tabrizi which is a popular local cuisine in the city.

Day 03, Tabriz – Ardabil

A travel from Tabriz to Ardabil on the road will amaze you. You will explore the beauty of mountains and the cool weather in the area. Shaikh Safi-od-din Ardabili is the most significant monument in the city to visit. There are several cuisines you shouldn’t forget to taste while you are in the city. Ash-e Dough, Ash-e Miveh (Miveh stands for fruit), and Torshi Garma Stew are all the dishes you will remember the taste for a while.

Day 04, Ardabil – Masouleh – Fouman – Bandar Anzali

Today we continue the trip to the Caspian Sea. On the way, we see the beautiful and magnificent village of Masuleh. Then we continue to Fooman and taste their delicious cookies, later we go to Anzali port. Mirza Ghassemi, the most famous local food will be our lunch. Anzali has a really beautiful lagoon and landscape, with lots of birds and flowers. Here you can have freshly cooked fish of the Caspian Sea, grilled or fried by local people.

Day 05, Rasht

In every country there is a city that is famous for one subject, Rasht is designated in UNESCO as a creative city in gastronomy. In this city, you will enjoy lots of different local foods like Kateh Kebab (cooked rice and kebab), Baghali Ghatogh, Mirza Ghasemi, and Torshi Kebab (Sour Kebab). The visit of Rasht is not completed without seeing visit Gilan’s Rural Eco Museum, and local Bazaar.

Day 06, Rasht – Qazvin

The last spot on our tour is the beautiful, historical city of Qazvin. In the city you will visit Caravanserai of Sa’d al-Saltaneh, Bist Sotoun, Jameh Mosque of Qazvin, Qajar Bathhouse & Anthropology Museum. The city local cuisine is Qeime Nesar which is a really tasty stew, served with chelow (plain cooked rice).

Day 07, Tehran – Airport

Your tour ends here, and you should pack to return home. A transfer to Tehran and IKA Airport displays the end of the tour.
